Engr. Shakhawat Hossain is a seasoned entrepreneur and power-sector professional with extensive experience in Electrical Power Systems, Substation Projects, Diesel Generator Systems, Busbar Trunking Systems, and Solar PV Solutions.
With a combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, international business exposure, and social commitment, Engr. Shakhawat Hossain continues to work toward building innovative and sustainable power solutions for Bangladesh and beyond.
Since 2009, he has been leading Regency Power Limited and driving the company’s growth as a trusted provider of integrated power and energy solutions in Bangladesh. Under his leadership, Regency Power has successfully worked with 300+ industrial and corporate organizations, including prominent groups such as Ha-Meem Group and Bashundhara Group, while also developing business relationships and project collaborations with international partners from the USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Turkey, and other countries.
His professional expertise has been strengthened through 20+ specialized technical and professional training programs from Siemens Germany, with a strong focus on modern electrical power systems, industrial applications, and advanced technologies.
