PFI (Power Factor Improvement) Plant: Power Factor of the system is degraded due to inductive load of different industries and big apartments.
Regency Power Limited manufacture PFI (Power Factor Improvement) Plant for improving the degraded Power Factor of the system. We have microprocessor based PFC (Power Factor Correction) relay up to 16 stages. The Capacitors we use are of different ratings (2.5, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50 KVAR…. etc) and corresponding Magnetic Contactor for suitable stepping of the Capacitor bank

BASIC FUNTIONS
- The cubicle / panel board shall be painted finish with semi-texture spray quoting with color RAL 7032 which shall be resistant to petrol, paraffin alkali.
- The Power Factor Improvement Plant will be assembled as per the BS standard. 3 Phase, 415 / 240V, 50Hz, Automatic Operation by means of PFC Relay.
- Sheet steel clad, dust and vermin proof free standing, floor mounting type cubicle made of 16 SWG sheet steel having front hinged type door with door locked.
- Reactive power control Relays are microprocessor-based control relay for intelligent control of capacitor banks with control contacts.
